Ciders

To jest nagłówek nie dotykaj!

Dry cider is the foundation of cider craftsmanship. However, achieving a perfectly dry cider is not easy. There are many paths to perfection, both traditional and modern. The final result is what matters most: the taste, aroma, and body.

What ciders should be submitted in this category?

  • Still dry cider (not carbonated)
  • Dry spontaneously fermented cider (not carbonated)
  • Dry still cider aged in barrels (not carbonated)

In this category, you should submit completely fermented ciders, dry, with little or no residual sugars. They can be fermented with noble yeasts or through spontaneous fermentation, made from any apple variety, non-carbonated, and with any initial extract. Aging in wooden barrels is permitted.
